Bob got his hair cut while I spent a few hours trying to resolve ticketing/TSA issues; so frustrating!! Apparently we now have to add our middle names as part of our first names because that's how they appear on our passports -- that's if we want to use TSA Pre-Check or Global Entry. Bob also replanted tomatoes and brussels sprouts.
Waiting in line to resolve name issue for Global Entry. Grrrr.
It took an hour to stand in line and resolve the name thing, and and that also involved Bob realizing that the new seats were not together. I was on the edge of tears, but the woman behind the counter was able to put us in aisle seats on the London flight, so hopefully we'll be able to switch once we get on the plane....
We sat in middle seats across the aisle from each other on the way to Charlotte. We left almost an hour late but made up the time and arrived in Charlotte with 45 minutes to catch the flight to London. Bob initially was 13 rows behind me in the aisle seat, but a kind gentleman offred to switch seats, and so we sat together. Dinner at 1:00AM East Coast time....
